Update @ 4:44pm: Telephone service was fully restored at the BCSO dispatch center today, but remains down at the BRICS office. If you need assistance with BRICS equipment or systems, use radiohelp@butlersheriff.org (preferred) or call the dispatch center at 513-785-1300 to have them page the on-call technician.
